TickTag application is a service that provides information about contents by analyzing product labels. This service:

  • Provides image analysis of content lists on product labels
  • Separates components into risk categories (high, medium, low, unknown)
  • Provides brief explanations about each component
  • Allows users to save their analysis results
  • Provides allergy-based customized analysis for premium users

3. Membership Types and Limitations

Standard Membership:

  • 3 product analyses per week
  • Maximum 5 analysis results can be saved
  • Basic content analysis and risk assessment
  • Standard customer support

Premium Membership:

  • Unlimited product analyses
  • Unlimited analysis result saving
  • Personal allergy information can be added and considered in analyses
  • Priority customer support service
  • Advanced risk reports and alternative product recommendations
  • Ability to create categorized product collections

4. User Obligations

When using TickTag:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
  • Protect the security of your account information
  • Avoid misuse of the application
  • Only upload content that you own or have the right to use
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Avoid activities that would interfere with the normal operation of the application

you accept.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the TickTag application, its logo, images, texts, software code, and other content, belong to TickTag. Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, or use the application content for commercial purposes. Users must respect the copyright rights of the copyright holders of the product labels they upload for analysis. Uploaded content can only be used for personal use and analysis purposes.

6. Usage Limitations and Prohibitions

The following situations are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the service with automated tools
  • Making excessive uploads that would interfere with the normal operation of the service
  • Using other users' account information
  • Misusing or manipulating the system
  • Using our service for illegal activities
  • Uploading harmful software, viruses, or other malicious code to the system
  • Providing unauthorized API access through third-party applications
  • Collecting or using TickTag data for commercial purposes
  • Engaging in behavior that would interfere with other users' experience

7. Account Suspension and Termination

TickTag reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

  • Violation of terms of use
  • Detection of excessive and misuse
  • Systematic abuse
  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
  • Non-fulfillment of payment obligations
  • Suspicious activities related to account security

When your account is closed, account data and saved analyses may become inaccessible and cannot be recovered.

8. Data Privacy and Security

TickTag takes the security of user data seriously. Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information about the collection, use, and storage of data, you can review our Privacy Policy. Health data such as allergy information is only processed with the user's consent and is used to improve our analysis service. This data is not shared with third parties.

9. Payment Terms

Payments for Premium membership:

  • Are collected in advance through Apple App Store according to the selected subscription period.
  • The subscription is automatically renewed for the same period unless canceled by the user.
  • All payments are processed securely through Apple's payment system.
  • Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. The developer does not provide a separate refund policy.

Prices can be changed with prior notice. Price changes do not affect the current subscription period, they take effect in the next renewal period.

10. Disclaimer

The analysis results provided by the TickTag application are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Our service is provided "as is" and:

  • That the application will work flawlessly or continuously
  • That the results will be complete or accurate
  • That the service will meet the user's special needs

we do not guarantee.

TickTag cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application. Health decisions should always be consulted with a health professional.

11. Changes

TickTag reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. We will try to inform users about important changes through email or in-app notifications. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website. Continuing to use the service means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you can close your account and stop using the service.
